The Lodge offers committed, practical guest accommodation.
There are a number of combinations of rooms available that should match every guests individual requirements and needs. You will find that all rooms have the following features as standard:

Premier Business/Family Rooms
The Premier Business Rooms are ideal for people whose business takes them away from home but do not want the more formal atmosphere of the larger corporate hotels. Being larger rooms, equipped with a sofa bed, they are also ideally suited to families.
The Premier rooms are significantly larger than our standard rooms and are also equipped with the following additional features

• Small meeting desk should you wish to meet with colleagues or clients

Limes Suite of Rooms
The Limes Suite is ideal for those guests travelling with either friends or business colleagues. It has two twin bedrooms set in the Limes Cottage with both rooms sharing a family sized bathroom therefore making it ideal for families.
From May 2008 The Limes will be able to cater for your meetings and events. We will have 3 possible room options for your event needs, all of the usual business facilities are available, please contact us for more details www.thelimes.biz.
Limes Premier Apartment
The Limes Premier Apartment is a self contained two bedroom first floor apartmentsituated in private gated grounds located 1 mile from Solihull town centre. The centrally heated apartment consists of :-
• Two twin bedrooms
• Fully furnished lounge
• Fully fitted kitchen complete with oven, microware, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and ironing facilities
• Bedroom with bath and shower
• Secure private parking
• All linenand towels provided and the apartment being serviced weekly
Although The Limes does not offer evening meals to our guests there are a number of country style restaurants / pubs within a five minute drive. We are also just a stones throw away from the prestigious Dickens Heath development which is able to offer further restaurants and bars.
