Once your booking has been made, you will receive your confirmation by email, this will contain all your booking details and information and location of the hotel you have chosen.
Cancelling is just as easy as making the booking, so if you need to cancel your accomodation just go the the cancellation page, enter your details and you can cancel the booking that you have made. Budget Travel Express will then informed the hotel of your cancellation and send you an email to confirm. Please be aware that charges may be applied by the hotel if you decide to cancel, charges depend on how far in advance you make the cancellation and are subject to the hotels cancellation policy.
